We do not independently collect data beyond what Kajabi collects and provides to us.

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
 We will not disclose session details or personal data except:

  • If disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or others.

Session notes (if maintained) are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

5. Data Storage and Security

All personal data is securely stored within Kajabi’s systems and any secure tools we may use for scheduling or communication (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom).
 We rely on these platforms’ security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data only as long as necessary to provide Coaching Services and comply with legal and accounting requirements. Upon request, we can delete session-related data after the conclusion of services, unless required to retain it by law.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion of your information.

  • Withdraw consent to processing (where applicable).
