Project Eleven Studio Coaching Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the one-on-one coaching services (“Coaching Services”) provided by Project Eleven Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) through the Kajabi platform.
 By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any Coaching Services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Coaching Services.

3. Description of Services

Our Coaching Services may include:

  • Personalized live coaching sessions conducted online.

  • Customized resources, feedback, or assignments.

  • Follow-up materials (such as notes, documents, or exercises).

All Coaching Services are delivered virtually through Kajabi or other online tools designated by us (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet).

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the Kajabi platform or any scheduling system we specify.

  • You may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be forfeited at our discretion.

  • Missed or late sessions are considered completed and are not refundable or reschedulable.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer a mutually agreeable alternative time.

5. Payments and Refunds

All coaching purchases are processed through Kajabi’s checkout system.

  • Payment: One-time payment due at booking.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once a coaching package is purchased.

By completing a booking, you authorize Kajabi (and its payment partners) to process the payment and agree that you are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and authorized.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.

  • Provide accurate information relevant to the coaching process.

  • Actively participate in the session and follow through on commitments.

  • Maintain a respectful and professional tone in all communications.

We reserve the right to terminate coaching relationships at our discretion if inappropriate or abusive behavior occurs.

7. Nature of Coaching

You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional legal/financial advice. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal and professional development.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in coaching.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared by you during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • When required by law; or

  • When disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.

We may maintain notes or records for quality assurance and future reference, stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching (including notes, templates, and worksheets) are the exclusive property of Project Eleven Studio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Eleven Studio and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Coaching Services.

You agree to release us from any claims or demands related to decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the coaching relationship.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or Kajabi platform. Continued participation in Coaching Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
